Karina Longworth is an author, film critic, and journalist based in Los Angeles and Paris. She has a masters degree in Cinema Studies from New York University, and has contributed to publications such as The Guardian, LA Weekly, Village Voice, Slate, and many more. Her book Masters of Cinema: George Lucas was published by Phaidon in 2012. She is currently working on books about Al Pacino and Meryl Streep, to be published in 2013 and 2014.
