Ted Lindblom is Professor and Chair of the Industrial and Financial Management and Logistics Section at the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. His main research interests include corporate governance, banking and finance in which areas he has published extensively. He has also acted as a consultant. Professor Lindblom joined the Wolpertinger Club (the European Association of University Teachers of Banking and Finance) in the 1980s and is a member of the management committee.
Stefan Sjogren is Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He obtained his PhD at Gothenburg University in 1996. His research interests are within corporate finance including capital budgeting, international finance, valuation, deregulation, efficiency measurement and regulation. His research interests also cover venture capital and the valuation of ideas. He is the Director of Research in the Department of Business Administration.
Magnus Willesson is Senior Lecturer at Linnaus University, Vaxjo (Sweden) and part of the corporate governance research group. His current research focuses on the management of risk and efficiency of banks; risk-taking and risk management in banks, banking efficiency, corporate governance of banks, operational risk in banks and banks' adoption of the Basel II and Basel III accords.
