Inside each textbook of Chinese Paradise， there are inferactive sentence patterns， new words. Chinese characters learning， illustrative introduction to Chinese culture and language， various games and activities such as handiwork， songs， and stories.
Each textbook contains 6 units， 12 lessons in all. Each lesson teaches 1 or 2 Chinese characters， abouf 10 phrases. and 1 elementary sentence pattern. Books 1-3 cover the vocabulary and grammar points prescribed in the outline of YCT (Youth Chinese Test) Levels 1-2; Books 4-6 cover the vocabulary and grammar points prescribed in the outline of YCT Levels 3-4.
Having finished this level， the learner can make simple sentences， sing some Chinese childrens songs， and know something about Chinese culture.
