作者簡介
Marie-Luise Angerer is Professor of Media and Cultural Studies at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne. She was previously Professor of Media Studies at Ruhr-University Bochum. She has held visiting positions at Dan Diego University, UC Santa Cruz, University of Sydney, University of Art Berlin and University of Ottowa.
Her research focuses on media technologies and feminist theory, theories of the body, knowledge configurations and artistic practices, questions of life and posthumanism. She is the author of three monographs as well as 15 co-authored works in German.
Nicholas Grindell has been living and working in Berlin as a translator since 1993. He specializes art and design translations from French and German. He previously translated arts and society articles for the English edition of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. He has has translated plays (Elfriede Jelinek, Gesine Danckwart), short prose (Ulrike Draesner, Claudius Hagemeister) and poetry (Monika Rinck, Hendrik Jackson).
