Guinevere Liberty Nell studies and publishes in the areas of Austrian economics, economic policy, and Soviet economic history. She worked as a tax policy analyst for five years at The Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC before earning a Master's Degree from the University of Warwick, UK, in Soviet economic history.
