商品簡介
A collection of papers that also functions as a textbook, this book is designed to discuss the use of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) and related methods for using music in mental health therapy, with both mentally ill populations and those with other needs, such as post-trauma work or end-of-life care. It is suitable for music therapy students and professionals. The book covers a wide range of client populations and settings, and is the first book of its kind to cover the use of music therapy with all ages. Sections cover GIM with children, with adults, in individual therapy, in group therapy, and in programs. The closing section looks at training. Contributors are international, in both private and institutional practice, many but not all in Europe, the US, or Australia. Annotation c2015 Ringgold, Inc., Portland, OR (protoview.com)
