With Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Mr. Tamminen founded numerous Waterkeeper programs to protect our nation's rivers and coastlines. He currently serves as Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency and is also author of The Ultimate Pool Maintenance Manual, published by McGraw-Hill.
