作者簡介

SCOTT MCCALLUM has acquired an alchemist-like knack for creating cocktails from over a decade of service experience--from running a busy 10-room Montreal B&B, to serving for Toronto's most reputable event staffing company, and being a part of the food and beverage team at one of Canada's most iconic concert venues, Massey Hall. His talents have been utilized for events with themed cocktail menus, weddings, and an ongoing pop-up cocktail restaurant project and for food stories printed inFood & Drink magazine.

VICTORIA WALSH is food editor for Grapevine and previously food editor forToday's Parent. She writes for a variety of Canadian publications, includingFood & Drink, Toronto Life, Glow, and Foodnetwork.ca. She has food styled for Lucy Waverman atThe Globe and Mail and Steven and Chris. She has also appeared on Breakfast Television, CityLine, as a judge on Chef Worthy and created, developed, styled and starred in an extensive series of cooking videos forChatelaine.com.
