Take Action Parent Handout Workbook

This is the parent user handbook for the Take Action Program — a user-friendly cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) program designed for psychologists and school counsellors trained in CBT who work with anxious children. Take Action teaches children aged 4-12 years helpful ways to cope with and manage anxiety. It is an evidence-based intervention combining recent advances in the cognitive-neuroscience of child anxiety with CBT and designed for easy use by mental health and educational professionals trained in CBT.
