Joseph McKenna is a former Senior Assistant Librarian in the Central Library, Birmingham, England. He has a Master of Arts Degree in Local History, and formerly sat on the Roman Catholic Archdiocesan Historical Commission, and Birmingham City Council`s Conservation Areas Advisory Committee.
