Donatella Strangio is Associate Professor of Economic History at the Faculty of Economics and affiliated with the Department of Methods and Models for Economics, Land and Finance, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. She is the author of numerous books and articles on national and international journals. Her more quoted works are on the famine in pre-industrial age, international migration, public finance, long run economic growth, and the history of tourism. She has a PhD in economic history and was a Research Fellow at the London School of Economics, UK and the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme, Paris, France.
Giuseppe Sancetta is Associate Professor of Business Management at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, where he teaches corporate restructuring and management. He is also qualified as Full Professor of Business Management. He is author of books and articles published in international and Italian reviews and has presented several papers at international and Italian conferences. His main research interests are: operating risk; analysts forecasts; corporate restructuring under bankruptcy Italian code; business planning in turnaround management; safeguard of minority shareholders.
