Among them are Hadriani Iunii Medici Emblemata (1565), Arnold Freitag's Mythologia Ethica (1579), The Seven Liberal Arts into Emblems in Olomouc (1597), the Nucleus Emblematum by De Passe and Rollenhagen, and Michael Maier's alchemical emblems.
