Situated only forty miles north of Boston, Londonderry is one of the fastest growing towns in a rapidly developing region of New England. With the opening of Interstate 93 in 1963, the town's transformation from rural farming community to metropolitan suburb began. Today, as progress inevitably changes the appearance of Londonderry, the town strives to maintain its small-town appeal and rich agricultural heritage.
