George R. Taylor is professor of special education and chairperson emeritus of the Department of Special Education at Coppin State College, and CORE Faculty, The Union Institute and University. His knowledge and expertise in the areas of Research and Special Education are both locally and nationally renown. He has made significant contributions through Research and Publications in the areas of Special Education, Research, and Education. Additionally, Dr. Taylor has directed several large Federal Research grants and conducted numerous workshops and seminars throughout the country. He is the author ofInformal Classroom Assessment Strategies for Teachers, and Using Human Learning Strategies in the Classroom, and co-author ofEducating the Disabled, all by ScarecrowEducation.
