KIM BECKHAM has been a pastor for thirty-eight years, and for the last twenty-seven, has served as the senior pastor of Central Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas. He holds a master’s degree in Counseling from the Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary in Shreveport. Kim has been married to Barbara Beckham for forty-one years and they have two lovely daughters, Jessica and Amanda. He has a passion for the development of leaders and is a personal coach as well as a speaker at corporate events.
