Simon Springer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at University of Victoria, Canada. He is the (co)editor of several journal special issues, including in Antipode on anarchist geographies, in Geopolitcs on WikiLeaks, as well as a forthcoming special issue in Political Geography on violence and space. He is co-editor of the forthcomingHandbook of Neoliberalism as well as the forthcomingHandbook of Contemporary Cambodia. Simon is also the author ofTo Make the Colossus Tremble! Anarchist Geography and Spatial Emancipation,Violent Neoliberalism: Development Discourse and Dispossession in Cambodia, andCambodia’s Neoliberal Order: Violence, Authoritarianism, and the Contestation of Public Space.
Marcelo Lopes de Souza is a Professor at the Department of Geography of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brazil. He is one of the editors of the prestigious Brazilian urban studies journalCidades, and is associate editor of the international journalCity as well. He belongs to the Advisory Board ofAntipode: A Radical Journal of Geography.
Richard J. White is a Senior Lecturer in Economic Geography at Sheffield Hallam University, UK. He has recently been published chapters inThe Accumulation of Freedom: Writings on Anarchist Economics, andAn Introduction to an Intersectional Social Justice Approach to Animal Liberation . Richard’s work has appeared in journals such as Urban Studies, Benefits, Review of Social Economy, International Journal of Sociology and Social Policy, and Planning Practice and Research. He is also the former editor of the Journal for Critical Animal Studies.
