The Routledge Handbook of Global Public Policy and Administration is a comprehensive guide for students, scholars and practitioners of public policy and administration. Public policy and administration are key aspects of modern societies and in the recent years, there have been significant developments in this area. Thomas R. Klassen is a Professor in the School of Public Policy and Administration, and the Department of Political Science, at York University in Toronto, Canada. Most recently he is co-editor of, and contributor to,Retirement in Japan and Korea: The past, the present and the future of mandatory retirement (Routledge, 2015) andKorea's Retirement Predicament: The ageing tiger (Routledge, 2014). He is also author ofRetirement in Canada (Oxford University Press, 2013).

Denita Cepiku is an Aggregate Professor of public management at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", Italy. Her main research interests are in the areas of collaborative governance (networks and co-production) and administrative reforms in transition countries. She is a board member of the International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM), chair of the European Academy of Management (public management SIG) and member of the OECD Associate Group on the Observatory of Public Sector Innovation.

T. J. Lah is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. His research interests lie in public management and environmental policy. His most recent publications have appeared in journals such as Review of Public Personnel Administration, International Review of Administrative Sciences, andInternational Review of Public Administration. He is a board member of theKorean Association for Policy Studies and the Korean Association for Public Administration.
