He has since combined his full-time, hands-on gardening role at Dixter with writing, lecturing all over the UK, Europe, the US, Australia and New Zealand and, as Chief Executive of the Great Dixter Charitable Trust, moving the garden forward in ever more exciting directions.Christopher Lloyd (1921-2006) was a plantsman in a class of his own.
