宜蘭縣海堤安全性評估分析研究計畫(2/2)(附光碟)

宜蘭地區海岸堤防歷經多年風吹日曬、颱風豪雨及大小地震影響，已有略呈堤頂下陷、淘空滲砂與材料劣化等現象發生，對於現況海岸構造物的安全性影響極大，故有必要針對堤防構造物進行調查及檢測。 本計畫分為兩年度執行，本年度計畫範圍包含10座海堤及2處海岸保護工，其中海堤分別為石城海堤(126.74 m)、大里海堤(335.29 m)、大溪海堤(一) (231.62m)、大溪海堤(二) (185.43m)、大溪海堤(三) (1,312.26m)、橋板湖海堤(160.75m)、更新海堤(北) (174.90m)、更新海堤(南) (380.38m)、外澳海堤(一) (730.38m)、外澳海堤(二) (850.62m)，海岸保護工則包含大坑海岸保護工(10座)，竹安海岸保護工(26座)，合計海堤長度共4,488 m，突堤36座。 本計畫工作內容主要分為：(一)海堤構造物設施現場檢查；(二)海堤及突堤高程測量；(三)海堤構造物強度調查；(四)透地雷達檢測；(五)資料蒐集分析建置。 海堤構造物設施現場檢查部份，共進行3次現場目視檢查；海堤及突堤高程測量部份則針對各海突堤進行縱斷面測量，並與原設計高程進行比對；海堤構造物強度調查則包含混凝土鑽心取樣、裂縫寬度與深度探查及裂縫進展調查；透地雷達檢測主要為探測堤防內部是否有異常情形，完成測線長度為16,091 m；資料蒐集分析建置部份則包含各海堤基本資料蒐集、海堤附近人文及生態環境概況蒐集，海岸附近地文條件蒐集及海堤改善方案研擬及細部設計三大部分。

The seawall of Yilan was occured seawall subsidence, infiltration of sand, and material deterioration after weather-beaten, earthquake and typhoon affect. It has huge effect of coastal structures, so it is necessary to do investigation and detection of seawall structures.
This project is divided into two annual implementation, the project area of this year include 10 seawall and 2 jetty, which are Shi-Cheng seawall(126.74 m), Da-Li seawall(335.29 m), Da-Xi_1 seawall(231.62 m) , Da-Xi_2 seawall(185.43m) , Da-Xi_3 seawall(1,312.26 m), Ciao-Ban-Hu seawall(160.75m), Geng-Sin_north seawall(174.90 m), Geng-Sin_sorth seawall(380.38 m), Wai-Ao_1 seawall(730.38 m), Wai-Ao_2 seawall(850.62 m), Da-Keng jetty(10 jetty), and Zhu-An jetty(26 jetty). The length of seawall is 4,488 m and the number of jetty are 36 jetty.
The work items of this project include:(1) inspection of seawall structure;(2) elevation surveying of seawall and jetty;(3) strength investigation of seawall and jetty;(4). Ground-penetrating radar inspection;(5) data collection and analysis.
Inspection of seawall structure include 3 times. Elevation surveying of seawall and jetty to and compare with original elevation. Strength investigation of seawall include concrete drilling, inspection width and depth of crack,and progression of crack. The propose of Ground-penetrating radar inspection is to explore the empty area inside of seawall concrete, completion of the survey line length is 16,091 m. Data collection and analysis included the basic background collection of seawall and jetty, humanistic and ecological environment data collection, improvement plan and detail design.
