Bioethics is the study of ethical issues arising out of advances in the life sciences and medicine. 作者簡介
S. Matthew Liao is Director and Associate Professor in the Center for Bioethics and an Affiliated Professor in the Department of Philosophy at New York University. He is the author or editor of The Right to Be Loved; Moral Brains: The Neuroscience of Morality; and, Philosophical Foundations of Human Rights. He has been featured in the New York Times and other media outlets, and is the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Moral Philosophy.
Collin O’Neil is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Lehman College, City University of New York. He was an Assistant Professor/Faculty Fellow in the Center for Bioethics at New York University; a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Bioethics at the National Institutes of Health, and a bioethicist at the Division of AIDS. His recent publications have appeared in Philosophy & Public Affairs, American Journal of Bioethics, and Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics.
