While his father worked as a chef, his mother turned out the pastas, braises, soups, and puddings she had learnt growing up in Verona and in Milan, which sustained the hungry family of six. As a young boy Guy learnt from his mother how to knead pagnotta, roll gnocchi, and whisk the zabaglione, and it is this food that has been the inspiration for his cooking ever since. 作者簡介
Guy Grossi is a celebrated chef and restaurateur. He is the owner of Grossi Restaurants, including Grossi Florentino, Mirka Continental Bistro, Merchant Osteria Veneta, Ombra Salumi Bar, and Grossi Trattoria in Bangkok. He has been a judge onMy Kitchen Rules and co-host of Italian Food Safari, and has appeared onMasterChef Australia. He is the author of Grossi Florentino: Secrets and Recipes,My Italian Heart, and Recipes From My Mother's Kitchen.
