作者簡介

Thomas H. Davenport is the president's distinguished professor in management and information technology at Babson College, and cofounder of the International Institute for Analytics. He also contributes to the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy as a fellow, and as a senior advisor to Deloitte Analytics. He is the author of over a dozen management books and numerous articles.

Jeanne G. Harris is formerly an Executive Research Fellow and Senior Executive at the Accenture Institute for High Performance, where she led the global research agenda in the areas of information, technology, analytics, and talent. She also led Accenture's business intelligence, analytics, performance management, knowledge management, and data-warehousing consulting practices.
