商品簡介
In flipped learning, explains Swart, students watch and listen to his lectures and read the accompanying notes online--at their leisure, when they would traditionally be doing homework. Then when they come to class, he sets them problems to work on in groups, that is doing what would be traditional homework but in interaction with other students and help from the instructor. Here he shares his accumulated research and experience, viewing a flipped class as a total approach to managing learning that takes place in recurrent cycles (semesters), each consisting of four steps: plan the syllabus, teach the course according to that syllabus, measure student results, and develop opportunities to improve results.
