She also edited Country Living Kitchens(Hearst). Dominique was on Farmhouse Rules (Food Network), participating in a wine tasting, and her work has been featured in Martha Stewart Living, USA Today, Rural Intelligence, and many other newspapers and magazines nationally. She writes for Hudson Valley Wine Magazine, Main Street Magazine, and a regular wine column for The Register Star newspaper. She is co-owner of the highly acclaimed Hudson-Chatham Winery, where she hosts several farm-to-table dinners each year.
