Every cloud has a silver lining
“Strangers with Some Memories”
Dear you,
Do you remember the good time we had? When we were so close in heart, we hanged out a lot, laughed a lot, and went wild from time to time. I had tried many times to call you. However, my courage slipped away whenever I took out my smart phone from my pocket. I didn’t know how to start the first opening line even though I had practiced saying hi for a thousand times.
Yesterday, I stopped by the coffee shop, Remember Me. We had so much good time in Remember Me. I ordered a cup of Mocha with double syrup, just the way you liked your Mocha to be made. I was wondering if you had ever thought of the old time just like how I was doing yesterday in the coffee shop with smiles. Or was I the only one who considered this broken friendship as a comma, not a period?
It’s sad when someone you know becomes someone you knew. “It’s sad,” I thought when I was drinking Mocha. Maybe we’re now just strangers. We’re just strangers with some memories.
Yours,
A stranger with some memories with you
