James DeFronzo is professor of sociology at the University of Connecticut. He is the author of numerous articles and several books, including Revolutions and Revolutionary Movements (4th edition 2011, 3rd edition 2007) and Revolutionary Movements in World History: From 1750 to the Present (2006).
Junyung Gill is assistant professor of sociology at Stonehill College.
