Jean L. Batman, of San Francisco, is a public speaker at bar association and other continuing legal education programs, and an instructor at the U.S. Small Business Administration's Entrepreneur Center in San Francisco, where she teaches a quarterly course on "Finding Venture Capital." Ms. Batman has over 20 years of experience providing outside general counsel services to investors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, reviewing, drafting and advising on a broad spectrum of business, employment, real property, corporate, finance, and securities law transactions.
