"It remains true, however, that Louis Mpala's political philosophy does not dedicate democracy to the geminies. It merely questions the meaning of elections and their consequences in a representative democracy. The aim - since there is one in this book - is to advocate a new form of democracy: "pro-H ponist democracy". It would be based, among other things, on the philosophy of meeting people. It is against this democratic alternative that some young philosophers from the University of Lubumbashi are rising up against. This is how the debate is born.
