This challenge is a two-week journey for any athlete to help them blend their faith and athletic ability into something special. Each day will have an athletic and spiritual challenge to help each student-athlete reach their full potential as a person. This challenge is designed with the busy athlete in mind and only asks for a 20-to-30-minute commitment each day for 14 days. It can be done alone, with a partner, with a group, or as a team!
