Jack Rutledge is a retired Army lieutenant colonel with a drinking problem and something of a bad boy. He is hired by the White House to investigate his old Army boss for a special assignment. From beginning to end, more than one assassin will try to prevent Jack from completing the mission. When Jack meets the fiery Donna Esposito, daughter of the White House Chief of Staff, sparks and bullets fly. Jack may not be the guru or psychic cop he thinks he is, but he will use hypnosis and age regression to send Donna back in time to Jaca, Spain where she'll uncover family secrets; hers and President Ronald Aragon's. Suspense, racial tensions, and murders combine to make this one wild ride.
