This book was created by Gina for her sons when they left for college. What started out as handwritten recipes in a notebook evolved into the cookbook available today. She wanted to give her boys comfort and knowledge of cooking to create fun lasting memories in their kitchens as well. This cookbook contains recipes for breakfast, lunch, side dishes, main dishes, soups, and desserts. In addition, this cookbook has extra tips for creating a functional kitchen with the equipment and utensils needed as well as pantry and seasoning basics. These recipes vary from Mexican, Italian, Thai and American. And, it also contains many home cooking favorites such as meatloaf, stews and chicken pot pie.
