This detox is divided into 21 days. At the same time, it consists of a main development, which includes both the conflict presented by the individual and all possible solutions for such circumstances. Each chapter has 4 sections:

1. Declaration: The focus of this section is to talk about your brain.

2. Exercises: The focus of this section is for you to create awareness, helping you heal your soul.

3. Programming my mind: The focus of this section is reprogramming your brain. Through repetition, we will create new neuronal connections where new programs will be installed to help you transform your relationships into healthy bonds, while helping you meet your goals.

4. Meditation: This is a powerful section because it invites you to generate congruency, harmonizing body and soul.
