When former Soldier turned Dive Ship Captain Matt Ritter gets involved with Mercedes Khalid, a beautiful Politician with a checkered past, he and his crew of former Soldiers fall into a web of violence when she becomes a suspect in a DEA Task Force investigating her former employer and boyfriend Manuel Serna.
