When I first started writing, it was just an outlet for me to unleash all I felt inside. I was stuck in such a dark place mentally and emotionally. I felt as if I was dragging my feet through mud. I wanted that to show in my writing.
To be quite honest, I wanted anyone who read my entries to feel that darkness seeping through every word. Then along the way, the universe had a special new journey waiting for me. Once I accepted this new road, I began to heal myself, and slowly I began to feel other colors, and from the mud, I was buried in I started to bloom like the lotus flower I was always meant to be.
Along these pages, you will read first hand the process of healing and how different each day truly is. No path is linear; no path is the same. I invite you inside, and I thank you for being willing to dip your toes in the ocean that is my writing.
