I believe it suggests a place for spirituality within the purview of humans to assist in shaping the action and growth of humanity to the degree that we live in a condition of peace and practical and placatory development as we interact with others. But we are created Imago Dei in God's image, and our purpose should be to live out our faith as people of love in harmony with one another.
