VIS 20-20 Ion: Spirituality and the Pursuit of Wellness

In this book, the freelance health and nutrition writer Sheron Core details the incredible story of her life from the womb to adulthood. She started her freelance writing journey as a teenager in her bedroom. She wrote about healthy foods, not knowing they were the elements needed to be taken into the body to prevent ill-health, along with being the elements required to experience vibrant health, healing, and longevity.

After completing high school, she decided to pursue a health and physical education teaching career. As a student-athlete, she went to college to earn a health and physical education degree. Unfortunately, she had to work hard to receive athletic scholarships to stay in school.

On the return home for the summer break in 1980, her father's introduction to nutrition sparked her curiosity to self-educate herself about learning the truth for understanding the number one "cause" for the development of diseases.

Upon her permanent return home from college in 1983, her journey as a freelance health and nutrition writer became an undeniable passion for educating humanity to live life with the vision of achieving wellness. She titled the book VIS 20/20 ION as a representation for society to see the breakthrough knowledge in a simple form, with the help of the internet, to learn and experience the truth to better health and wellness.

The author wanted the publication of this book to mark her vision for 2020-the year to introduce her breakthrough knowledge to humanity about alternative and holistic healthcare as prevention for taking care of the health and well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. Unfortunately, the world plummeted into a pandemic, COVID-19, amid the death of Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, and seven others in a plane crash in Calabasas, California, on January 26, 2020, causing the release of her vision to be pushed back to 2022.

Sheron is committed to writing, the highest quality of ancient wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to help preserve every moment of human life while inhabiting this planet called Earth. In addition, she serves as a Lightworker or an Earth Angel in human form to guide others while in spiritual awakening.

This book is a must-read masterpiece of her triumphant tale of going from a "product of the struggle" while facing hardships and suffering from ill-health to healing and hope.
