Temporal agent Lieutenant Nonie Thorburn always knew her boyfriend Captain Kieran Wildason would die young.

To say it put a damper on their relationship would've been an understatement, so when she discovers him alive in another dimension and brings him into her time, it's a game changer of epic proportions.

Instead of being granted a well-deserved reprieve, they are ripped from their time and abducted into the future, becoming pawns in a flare-up of a raging temporal war. Their only hope to keep their timeline intact is to find the war's origin and put an end to it.
