Cotton-textile clusters are being created in the industry, cotton seed breeding, cotton cultivation and processing with the production of finished knitted fibre products are being developed, and measures are being taken to develop a system for exporting finished products. Keeping in mind the dependence of product quality, it can be seen that the primary factor in making quality textile products is the development of technology and machinery for cotton seed preparation.
