From Fear to Speak

I wanted a self-help book that was easy to read, without having to read the whole book, for the answers when I was stuck. This is all simple steps that I used to change my life, from fear to peace. Yes, I have rebuilt my life, so I know it can be done. I wrote this book because I wanted something easy to read and was simple to understand. How I could change my life from one of fear to one of love? Friends told me I needed to put into a book what I did and why. It has taken me a long time to put it down on paper. As I had to write about what happened to me. It was not easy to do, but it has made me see things clearly. Please don't ever give up on life and your dreams.
