These steps involved the Dallas County District Attorney, the administration of the City of Duncanville and its Police Department, the Supreme Court of Texas, the Texas State Bar, the Waxahachie Daily Light newspaper, and two Ellis County District Courts. After the author took a stand on gun safety and the unwarranted, dangerous policy to allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages at a Texas gun range, her reputation was maliciously destroyed.
