When facing a challenging diagnosis, the deepest desire which anyone has is undoubtedly to get healed. Often, symptoms don't offer much encouragement. The prognosis of the medical condition may also be disheartening. The Bible promises healing to all who suffer from ailments. However, as we attempt to embrace the biblical solution, many questions present themselves. For instance, we may wonder: why me; exactly how do I appropriate the healing I need, and, is healing a certainty? The Bible gives assurance that God heals all diseases.
The good news begins in the Old Testament. From the very point when man faltered in the Garden of Eden, God demonstrated undeserved mercy. He made provision for sins of humankind to be covered and healing to be dispensed. The divine redemption was perfected through Jesus in the New Testament. Complete atonement for sin was realized. Full authorization of salvation and healing was granted.
The Bible provides clear statutes by which God administers healing. When we apply the formally documented terms, we are able to receive deliverance from spiritual, mental and physical afflictions.
