Shadows of a Journal is written (mostly) in Echoform, a mirrored poetry structure created by the author. Each moment is captured in two poems: a love poem written in present tense, honoring the truth of what was felt, and a shadow poem written in past tense, offering hindsight, grief, or clarity. Together, these paired poems hold both memory and meaning-making space for radical acceptance, emotional complexity, and healing.
