Tell Your Story So They Don't Fuck It Up! is about healing, owning your pain, and flipping the script on everything that was meant to break you. It's about facing childhood trauma, betrayal, near-death experiences, domestic abuse, and the generational curses we're either brave enough to break-or cowardly enough to pass on. I wrote this book for anyone who's tired of pretending, tired of carrying shame, and tired of letting the past keep them stuck. This is me taking off the mask and showing you what it really looks like to deal with PTSD, to fall on your face and still stand up, to wrestle with God, and still find a reason to believe. It's about being real, being raw, and being the author of your own damn story-before the world writes some watered-down version that has nothing to do with who you really are.

This book is for warriors. Not just military-but spiritual, emotional, and mental warriors. It's for people carrying the weight of their past, the silence of their trauma, and the pressure to keep it all together when it's falling apart inside. It's for survivors of abuse, betrayal, loss. For people who talk to God at 3 AM and wonder if He's still listening.

It's for anyone who refuses to leave this world without setting the record straight about who they are, what they've been through, and how they came out of the fire without losing themselves. It's for those breaking chains their parents didn't know how to, and for the ones who are finally ready to speak up-not for attention, but for peace.

Because I'm not writing from theory-I'm writing from experience. I'm a United States Marine Corps veteran who's battled PTSD, depression, betrayal, and damn near lost everything more than once. I've stood face to face with death, questioned my purpose, wrestled with God, and still chose to show up.I know what it means to be silenced. I know what it's like to carry trauma like a secret and shame like a shadow. I also know what it means to drop that weight, stand in your truth, and say, "Nah-you're not gonna fuck up my story." This book is me taking control of my narrative-and giving others the courage to do the same. Because no one else should be trusted with your legacy but you. You either tell your story, or someone else will-and trust me, they'll f*ck it up.
