ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Philip W. Chapman graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois in January, 1974. He attended the University of South Carolina from which he earned Masters of Criminal Justice graduating Cum Laude, a Distinguished Honor Graduate in 1988. He attended The Chicago Theological Seminary and earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree. Now retired Dr. Chapman served as an Ordained Minister for over thirty five years. Ordained in 1978, Dr. Chapman served his country as a US Army Chaplain and as a Chaplain for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
