It was during this trip that she began to envision a book telling the story of penguins speaking to her and asking that she share their wisdom. The book would be full of photos capturing the beauty of South Georgia, the Antarctica and penguins. Each photo would have a caption combining her knowledge of psychology with ideas from the penguins that could be applied to one's daily life. Advice from the Penguins is a result of that vision.
