Growing up is a part of life and for some parents, letting go is easier said than done. After a weekend of play, sisters, Tory and Izzy, decided to tell their Dad that they have outgrown his playtime stories. Rather than give up on their beloved playtime, Dad instead turns to a mysterious magical book that gives him the ability to bring playtime to life. As a test, the girls challenge their dad to recreate their favourite game from when they would visit the lake. What follows is an epic battle of wills between the Queens of the Sea and the evil Pirate King. But as the story unfolds the girls realize that this wasn't the childhood game from the lake and that they might have bitten off more than they can handle.
This chapter book is designed for readers between ages 6 and 8.
