Anthropological approach

Anthropology came into being on the day it answered the question 'What is a human being?', the first and fundamental question of philosophy. It then divided into two schools of thought: the first, rational and critical, placed the subject in history as part of a dialectical process of self-awareness that experiences conflict in order to be recognised in the material conditions that surround it; the second, empirical and sensory, reveals the importance of the physical dimension, establishes sensory cogito and recognises that the concept of the rational subject is merely a linguistic illusion created by habit.This book offers a fascinating intellectual journey that examines one of the most complex questions of our time: the apparent contradiction between identity and citizenship, or what might be called the conflict between heritage belonging and modern integration.
