The annual Satyr Games are coming up and two new challengers are threatening to dethrone them, so all they want to do is prepare to hold onto their title as perennial champions. But things never stay quiet for long at the Fablehaven preserve for magical creatures. When several other inhabitants of the preserve are found petrified, turned to stone, worry spreads fast. Soon they discover that fellow satyrs are the latest victims, and Newel and Doron are dragged back into another quest.
