Saint Markus - Unleashed: Volume 1 - How it Became

This gripping dark saga introduces Morbose, a powerful Possessor Demon known as The Morbid One, who narrates the series from his own twisted perspective. Unlike other demons who crave destruction alone, Morbose hungers for evolution-to transcend Hell and become the ultimate being on Earth: a living human vampire. In demon lore, this rare transformation would grant him immortality in flesh, limitless power, and eternal camouflage among humankind.

Morbose begins deep in the blackened heart of Hell, enslaved for centuries under his father Lucifer. Consumed by torment and betrayal, he devises a way to escape. With cunning deception, he tricks Lucifer into revealing the forbidden escape words-"Saint Markus." Armed with this secret and the stolen, glowing Devil's Bible, Morbose flees through a hidden hell passage known as CITH. Bathed in supernatural blue light, his demonic form mutates into a formless Possessor Demon, making him invisible to Lucifer's detection-and free to invade Earth.

On Mother Earth, he initiates The Marbello Plan: to possess Bill "Daddy" Marbello, feed on his soul, and transfer his demonic seed into Marian "Mom" Marbello to be reborn as a vampire child-Markus Antoney Marbello-in 1963. But the plan is threatened by a rival: Rashma, a savage chaos demon already buried within Daddy's soul. Their demonic war for control over one mortal body divides Daddy in half-Morbose seizing his upper mind, Rashma clinging to raw desire below.

The stakes intensify when Aunt Linda, Mom's jealous and secretly depraved sister, schemes to seduce Daddy out of spite. Rashma uses her to hijack Morbose's plan by impregnating her through possession, creating a monstrous alternate offspring.

Everything erupts in December 1962: Morbose succeeds in conceiving himself inside Mom, while Rashma explodes violently from Linda's womb as a bloodthirsty abomination. Wounded but alive, Rashma escapes into the world-setting in motion an ancient demonic rivalry unlike anything Earth has seen.

With Markus-the world's first born vampire-now forming inside the womb, the stage is set for a dark generational war between demons disguised as flesh.
