Our focus is mostly on the nutritional side of fertility, but we may cover other aspects such as some charting tips, etc. Our nutritional information will focus on eating organically, the Keto way and carnivore way. We will include other information that we think will help you in your journey - like mindset too.

We can find examples in the Bible of Elizabeth being an old women bearing St. John the Baptist for instance. St. Anne who's not in the Bible was also an older woman the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary!
